Nashville Health & Wellness Fest

Allerim testing at Nashville Wellness Fest.

Walk up for onsite Allerim testing, immune-aging offers, and practical next steps.

Choose your test path, complete checkout-readiness details, then visit the Allerim table for walk-up collection while event kits are available. Consults and at-home testing stay separate when those are the better fit.

Event checkout is currently in test mode. Do not use this page for real payment until approved live payment links are installed.

Allermetrix onsite panels

Available Allermetrix event tests.

Choose alpha-gal, food IgG4, or both based on the question you want answered. Each option includes onsite collection while event kits last and provider order/review support.

$149

Nashville Wellness - Alpha-Gal

Focused alpha-gal screen for delayed mammalian-food reaction questions.

Alpha-gal specific IgE is the key blood marker for alpha-gal syndrome. Total IgE adds context by showing how large that alpha-gal signal is relative to the overall IgE background.

IgE

Included for context

Cost breakdown

Analysis$50
Onsite collection materials$30
Provider order and review support$69

Best when alpha-gal is the main question.

$204

Nashville Wellness - Food IgG4

Focused food IgG4 set for delayed or mixed food-pattern context.

Food IgG4 is not a stand-alone food-allergy diagnosis. It can be useful as exposure and immune-engagement context when interpreted with symptoms, timing, and clinical history.

IgG4

15-food event set

Foods

Milk, wheat, oat, peanut, soy, almond, garlic, mustard, banana, avocado, pineapple, egg, green pepper, kidney bean, cantaloupe

Why these foods? They are historically prevalent in testing patterns and make the event screen focused.

Cost breakdown

Analysis$105
Onsite collection materials$30
Provider order and review support$69

Best when the question is food sensitivity or food-pattern context rather than alpha-gal alone.

$254

Nashville Wellness - Alpha-Gal + Food IgG4

Combines alpha-gal IgE safety context with the focused food IgG4 set.

This combines the alpha-gal IgE plus Total IgE safety lane with food IgG4 context for delayed or mixed food-pattern questions.

IgG4

Why these foods? They are historically prevalent in testing patterns and make the event screen focused.

Cost breakdown

Analysis$155

Best when alpha-gal is still a question but broader food-pattern context is also useful.

Alpha-gal: specific IgE is the primary blood marker; Total IgE helps frame the specific-to-total IgE ratio and immune background.
IgG4: best treated as food exposure and immune-engagement context, not proof of allergy by itself.
Research context: food-specific IgG4-guided elimination has been studied in IBS, EoE, and pediatric allergy cohorts, but results still need symptom history and clinician interpretation.
Reviewing a panel does not reserve a kit or collection time. Booth staff confirms onsite inventory before collection.
Immune-age checkout

Immune-age testing is a separate add-on lane.

GlycanAge and iAge are not allergy panels. Choose them when the goal is immune-aging or inflammation context, not alpha-gal, food IgG4, skin testing, or SLIT decision support.

GlycanAge vs iAge

Two different immune-health signals.

GlycanAge

IgG glycan patterns

Looks at sugar structures attached to IgG antibodies. Those patterns can add context about immune balance, inflammatory tone, and biological-age trend tracking.

Best for a wellness baseline or repeatable trend marker over time.

iAge

Inflammatory-age score

Focuses on inflammatory signaling associated with systemic chronic-inflammation burden and immune aging.

Best when inflammation load is the main question.

Bundle

Both signals together

Pairs the glycan immune-balance lens with the inflammatory-age lens so follow-up can compare two different immune-health signals.

Best when you want broader context, not a single-marker snapshot.

Because these are vendor-fulfilled add-ons, shipping address and consent are collected before Stripe so the right kit and order workflow can be matched after payment.

Select an event item when you are ready to continue.

You can select one Allermetrix panel and one immune-age option. Contact, kit shipping, and consent fields appear only after you proceed to checkout.

Next steps at the fair

Pick the path that fits your visit.

Use event checkout for booth testing, schedule a consult for deeper clinical questions, or choose an at-home kit if onsite collection is not the right fit.

Walk-up event testing

Use this event lane for checkout readiness and booth check-in. Collection uses event inventory while kits last and does not hold a collection slot.

Back to offers

Consult

Use a consult for help choosing a test, complex symptoms, existing results, family or pediatric questions, or follow-up after results. This is clinical scheduling, not onsite collection.

Schedule consult

At-home testing

If onsite kits run out or you prefer to test later, use the existing shipped-kit Allermetrix flow. This is an intentional fallback, not an automatic conversion from onsite testing.

Use at-home testing

Booth-only options

Ask the team at the table about any same-day add-ons being evaluated, including possible environmental skin screening or SLIT review availability. These are not part of online checkout unless enabled onsite.

Day-of flow

Pre-registration makes check-in faster. It does not hold a time.

The event lane is intentionally built for booth flow. People can pre-register or walk up, but collection is first available through onsite inventory, staff check-in, label confirmation, and event batch handling.

1

Start the event testing form before or during the fair.

2

Choose the testing lane that fits your symptom story.

3

When ready to check out, complete contact, kit shipping, consent, and payment-readiness details.

4

Check in at the Allerim booth; no appointment slot is reserved by default.

5

Staff assigns an onsite Tasso kit if event inventory is available.

6

Your labeled sample enters the event batch and manifest workflow.

What to expect

Clear choices at the booth. No hidden fulfillment switch.

Event testing uses onsite inventory. If kits run out, the page sends visitors to the existing at-home path deliberately. Payment starts the fulfillment workflow after Stripe reconciliation and required intake; it does not complete testing, lab analysis, vendor fulfillment, or provider review.

Simple event boundaries

  • Pre-registration speeds up booth check-in, but collection remains first available while onsite kits last.
  • Event checkout is currently in test mode and must be replaced with approved live links before real payments.
  • Payment starts the fulfillment workflow. It does not mean testing, lab analysis, vendor fulfillment, or provider review is complete.
  • Consult scheduling is separate from event collection and is best for complex questions or existing results.
  • If event kits run out, visitors can intentionally choose the at-home Allermetrix path instead.
  • No silent conversion from onsite to shipped-kit fulfillment.
  • Provider review and downstream Allermetrix result interpretation remain unchanged.

Ready at the fair

Choose the path that fits your visit.

Start with faster booth check-in, choose a consult when the story is complex, or use at-home testing if onsite collection is not the right fit.
